Return & Exchange Policy

At SIHA Premium Store, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy exchange process to make sure you get what you need.

🔁 Exchanges Only

Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are valid only for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional items

📮 Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package.

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us using the instructions we provide.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll send the replacement item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Important Notice

  • No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

  • Exchanges requested after the 7-day window cannot be accepted.

  • SIHA Premium Store reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
